Job Description

• Responsible for the full set of accounts e.g. AP/AR/GL
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles
• Produces ledger balance for reporting purposes
• Month end closing process and quarterly financial reports for management purposes
• Processing high volume of payment through e-banking system
• Handle Tax and GST submission
• Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
• Prepare payroll, fill Employment Income and claim government paid leaves
• Be able to prepare budget and forecast cash flow

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in full set accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Independent with excellent leadership skill neat, organized and meticulous
