Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technology Solutions Manager to lead the modernization, development, and delivery of Life Insurance systems, particularly Policy Administration Systems (PAS), across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive technology roadmap, solution architecture, and implementation strategy for Life Insurance systems.
  • Lead PAS development, modernization, cloud migration, and DevOps adoption.
  • Drive cloud-native, microservices, containerization, and automated software deployment.
  • Lead technology standardization and harmonization across multiple countries/markets.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Manage technology projects, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead and mentor multi-geography technology teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, scalability, reusability, and operational efficiency.
  • Must-Have Skills
  • 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in senior management.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Life Asia / Life/400, JT400, MQ, MSP.
  • Experience in Point of Sales, Compensation, or Workflow systems.
  • Insurance M&A integration experience.
  • Strong financial and business domain understanding.
  • Strong experience in Life Insurance technology and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
  • Strong knowledge of Life/400 or Life Asia, preferably in insurance environments.
  • Experience with cloud, microservices, containers, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, backend technologies, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and databases.
  • Experience managing multi-country/geographical teams and large technology projects.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget, risk, and project management skills.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology and end-to-end software delivery.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
