Global Business Development & Account Manager

The Global Business Development & Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, converting, growing, and retaining TTRacing's international distributor, retailer, reseller, and market-development opportunities across countries where the company is seeking to establish, strengthen, or formalize its presence.

This role owns the end-to-end commercial development and account-management process for assigned international markets — including lead qualification, market research, relationship development, distributor and retailer evaluation, product-line planning, pricing coordination, proposal development, negotiation support, onboarding, order development, payment coordination, launch preparation, repeat-order development, account retention, and long-term country growth.

The position is primarily responsible for opening new countries and converting international leads into viable, sustainable, and strategically aligned TTRacing markets. Many of these opportunities originate from exhibitions such as COMPUTEX, trade shows, inbound inquiries, referrals, distributor introductions, and professional networks.

This is not merely a sales coordinator or distributor liaison role. This person is expected to act as the interim commercial owner and acting Country Head for assigned distributor-led or retailer-led markets that do not yet have a permanent local Country Head.

The role operates under a recommendation-based authority structure: the person may research, propose, present, and recommend commercial arrangements, but final approval on pricing exceptions, distributor/retailer appointments, exclusivity, territory grants, credit terms, contracts, and intellectual-property grants remains with the CEO, COO, or other authorized approving officers.

The role reports directly to the CEO and COO. It is an individual-contributor position designed to develop into a Country Head pathway — a high performer may eventually be promoted to lead one or two priority countries as a dedicated Country Head.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. International Market Development & Country Expansion

Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and develop opportunities for TTRacing to enter new countries. Develop structured market-entry recommendations based on market size, purchasing power, gaming culture, e-commerce maturity, retail landscape, competitive intensity, logistics feasibility, and long-term brand potential. Prepare country-entry briefs for the CEO and COO. Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective countries and coordinate qualified leads with existing Country Heads where territories overlap.

2. International Lead Management & Opportunity Qualification

Take ownership of assigned international leads from trade shows, inquiries, referrals, and executive introductions. Conduct structured qualification covering legal identity, financial capacity, distribution capability, sales channels, and exclusivity expectations. Identify warning signs and categorize opportunities. Coordinate know-your-business due diligence with Finance, Legal, and Management.

3. Distributor, Retailer & Partner Relationship Development

Build genuine, professional, long-term relationships with international partners. Manage multiple stakeholders within each account, from owners and CEOs to procurement and logistics teams. Nurture long-cycle accounts and re-engage dormant leads when relevant.

4. Market Research, Industry Expertise & Country Intelligence

Develop practical working knowledge of each assigned country — economic conditions, import duties, retail pricing, e-commerce platforms, competitor presence, and local business customs. Review competitor product ranges, pricing, distribution, and brand positioning. Understand common commercial structures: distributor margins, MOQs, territory rights, sell-in/sell-through, credit terms.

5. TTRacing Product, Portfolio & Brand Mastery

Develop comprehensive knowledge of TTRacing's global portfolio — gaming chairs, ergonomic chairs, smart desks, accessories, and licensed collections. Recommend market-specific product lineups and good-better-best assortments. Position TTRacing as a culture-led lifestyle and workspace brand.

6. Pricing, Product Coordination & Intellectual-Property Management

Work with the Product Team and Management to obtain approved international pricing. Present commercial recommendations on partner selection, territory, exclusivity, payment terms, and launch strategy. Coordinate licensed-IP availability by country and never promise IP access without written internal confirmation.

7. Proposal Development, Negotiation & Commercial Closing

Prepare complete, professional proposals covering partnership structure, product lineup, pricing, MOQs, payment and shipping terms, territory, and launch timelines. Support negotiations while protecting TTRacing's margin, brand position, and payment security. Guide qualified partners to clear commercial commitments and maintain ownership beyond the first order.

8. Distributor & Retailer Onboarding

Guide approved partners through onboarding — pricing, ordering, warranty policies, brand guidelines, and IP restrictions. Develop launch plans across retail placement, e-commerce, marketing, and customer service. Assess partner readiness and recommend delays or corrective actions when needed.

9. Acting Country Head Responsibilities

Act as commercial owner and interim Country Head for assigned markets without local leadership. Maintain full view of country revenue, pipeline, inventory, retail presence, and partner performance. Prepare country strategies, monitor partner performance against objectives, and prepare transition recommendations when a market is ready for dedicated leadership.

10. Order Development, Forecasting & Repeat Business

Develop appropriate initial purchase orders balancing market demand, container efficiency, and launch stock. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. Follow up proactively on repeat orders and develop account-growth plans based on sell-through, not stock loading.

11. Payment, Invoicing & Collections Coordination

Work closely with Finance on invoicing, deposits, collections, and reconciliation. Monitor payment milestones and credit risk. Escalate material delays. Account ownership continues until the company has received the required payment.

12. Internal Coordination & Cross-Functional Management

Provide structured updates and clear recommendations to the CEO and COO. Coordinate with Product, Country Heads, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Legal, and Marketing. Reduce senior-leader workload by organizing and qualifying information before escalation.

13. International Events, Trade Shows & Lead Generation

Support TTRacing's participation in international exhibitions. Prepare target lists, conduct discovery discussions, and drive prompt post-event follow-up. Proactively generate new leads through databases, LinkedIn, trade associations, and competitor channel research.

14. CRM, Documentation & Account Governance

Record all leads, meetings, proposals, orders, and payments in the approved system with accurate stages and next actions. Maintain complete account files and a clear approval trail for pricing, exclusivity, territory, and IP.

15. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Report regularly to the CEO and COO on leads, countries opened, distributors appointed, orders, revenue, collections, and pipeline. Provide market and account insights that improve TTRacing's expansion approach.
