DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program & project leadership Lead the implementation and upgrade of Epicor ERP across six factories, including the Classic-to-Kinetic UI migration, ensuring timely, cost-effective execution.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, resource allocations, and executive status reporting for all ERP initiatives.

Define and drive the long-term ERP roadmap, identifying opportunities for system enhancements, module expansion, and integration.

Partner with operations on continuous improvement and process standardization across the six plants.

Team & vendor management Manage the ERP support team, providing guidance, prioritizing work, developing skills, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to end users.

Serve as escalation point for complex second- and third-level ERP issues; maintain enough hands-on capability to troubleshoot configuration, BPM, and data problems directly.

Oversee Epicor and third-party developers — including offshore teams — managing contracts, statements of work, deliverables, timelines, and code quality standards. Own the ERP budget: license true-ups, maintenance renewals, consulting spend, and capital requests.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
