About the Role
We are seeking a reliable professional to maintain our websites and digital business tools.

Core responsibilities include updating and maintaining WordPress websites, using WordPress or related website‑building platforms, supporting website hosting and server maintenance, and managing Google Workspace.

From time to time, you will also support new websites, automation initiatives, and digital projects. Foundational Python knowledge will be valuable for writing simple scripts, automating routine tasks, and handling data‑processing work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update WordPress websites
• Create and update pages using WordPress or related tools
• Ensure website layout is optimized for desktop and mobile
• Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, broken links, and plugin issues
• Support website hosting and server maintenance
• Manage domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and backups
• Monitor website availability and performance
• Write and maintain simple Python scripts
• Use Python for automation and data processing
• Organize Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
• Assist with new website and digital projects
• Keep records of website changes and technical work

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress or related website‑building tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Foundational Python programming knowledge
• Ability to understand or modify simple Python scripts
• Strong understanding of website hosting and server maintenance
• Familiarity with domains, DNS, SSL, and backups
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Careful, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or MySQL
• Experience with Python automation or data‑processing scripts
• Experience with APIs or integrations
• Experience with website builders such as Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or Webflow
• Familiarity with Linux or other web servers
• Experience with website migration or backups
• Knowledge of website security and technical SEO

Salary

• The monthly salary is in the range of HK$26,000 - HK$31,000, depending on years of your full time work experience.
