The Company started business mainly in waterproofing and thermal insulation services for

roofs of existing and new buildings with HDB as our main customer.

In the 1980s, our business improved in tandem with the increase in public housing projects

undertaken by HDB and HUDC and in industrial and commercial buildings by JTC.

In the early 1990s, the government transferred the responsibility of control, management,

maintenance and improvement of HDB flats to designated Town Councils. With this new

arrangement, we mainly contracted directly with the Town Councils for most of our works.

Our customers then also comprised the HDB (for new and old buildings), JTC (industrial

and commercial buildings), Public Works Department (industrial buildings) and main

building contractors.

As from 1990s, the company started to embark on other projects besides roofing works.

Such projects include providing services (both design and build) for upgrading, retrofitting

and construction works, addition and alteration works in both the public and private

sectors, construction of void deck facilities at existing HDB flats, landscaping works,

construction of access road, carparks etc, construction of power sub-stations, the

development of park infrastructure at Singapore Botanic Gardens and Pasir Ris

Neigbourhood Park.

In 2000, the company successfully completed an upgrading project to existing market and

hawker center at Geylang Bahru ($1.63 Mil- in 3 months times). In Year 2001, the company

has completed a $ 5.3 million upgrading work awarded by JTC in 2 months ahead of

schedule. Over the years, the company also worked on 2 Interim Upgrading Projects to

Public Housing Estate worth about $ 9.7 million, another upgrading project to existing

Springfield Secondary School worth about $8.8 million and several upgrading projects with

Housing & Development Board. The lastest ongoing project for the company are the

building of the New Hawker Center, MSCP & Amphitheater for Bedok Town and the New

Housing units for HDB.
