• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Review project material requisitions and specifications for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
• Develop and maintain supplier database and good vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Liaise with project team to understand material and service requirements.
• Track procurement schedule to align with project timelines.
• Handle documentation for procurement, contracts, and approvals.
• Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing with suppliers.
• Assist in budget control and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support tender preparation with material and cost information.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and materials.
• Report procurement status and updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Procurement management: 2 years (Preferred)
