OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

The Client Experience Specialist is a key customer-facing role and a front-line ambassador for Arcc Spaces and the Centre Success & Operations Team.

As the face of Arcc Spaces within the centre, the Client Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and welcoming client experience, supporting day-to-day centre operations, and building strong relationships with our clients and community.

With a strong focus on client needs and our product offerings, the role is responsible for the effective execution and delivery of centre services, while continuously looking for opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCulture & Brand

  • Embody and demonstrate Arcc Spaces' core values of Authentic, Responsible, Curious and Collaborative in all aspects of work.
  • Represent Arcc Spaces as a strong and consistent brand ambassador through professional presentation, positive attitude, effective verbal and written communication, and genuine hospitality.

Centre Operations & Client Experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the wider community, with a focus on client satisfaction, engagement and retention.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute centre-specific client engagement activities, including community events, networking activities, breakfasts, pantry initiatives and other client experiences.
  • Act as a client advocate by gathering and sharing client feedback, preferences and insights with the relevant leaders and teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage client check-ins and check-outs, administrative matters and invoicing-related activities to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.
  • Support the Centre Success Manager and General Manager in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes and changes that enhance centre operations and the overall client experience.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Commercial

  • Support the Centre Success Manager in achieving centre-level commercial objectives, including client renewals, income generation from meeting rooms, events and other services, as well as maintaining operational budgets for allocated centre(s).

Product & Service Excellence

  • Maintain the required operational standards and centre readiness, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of hospitality by understanding clients' needs, engaging with them proactively and anticipating opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Utilise relevant systems and platforms, including Freshdesk and Salesforce, accurately and consistently to support effective client and centre management.
  • Participate actively in hospitality and centre-related training and apply the knowledge and service standards learned in daily interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Support the Centre Success Manager in maintaining and communicating partnership benefits, including keeping partnership information up to date and ensuring clients are aware of relevant perks and offerings.

  • Possesses a minimum Diploma/Degree qualification and/or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with experience in real estate, co-working, hospitality or customer experience environments are encouraged to apply.
