Desa Southern Food Products Hiring! Full Time Operation Executive - food manufacturing in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor factory operations and machinery performance to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Monitor machine downtime, breakdowns and recurring operational issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, machine repairs and servicing with Maintenance and Production teams.
• Ensure maintenance schedules and records are properly maintained and updated.
• Analyse operational and machinery data to identify areas for improvement.
• Follow up on machine breakdowns, corrective actions and outstanding maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with machinery suppliers, contractors and service providers for technical support, repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier/service provider responsiveness and performance.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, machine efficiency and workflow.
• Assist in evaluating repair, replacement and machinery improvement proposals.
• Support cost-control initiatives related to maintenance, repairs, downtime and factory operations.
• Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and ensure timely closure.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse and other departments to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure operational and maintenance activities comply with GMP, Halal, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain relevant operational, maintenance and improvement records.
• Perform other duties and improvement projects assigned by the Factory Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance coordination, engineering or process improvement.
• Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing machinery and preventive maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSC 22000 or food safety systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and strong interest in manufacturing operations may also be considered.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
