• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Leverage product knowledge of Carsome's vehicle inventory to match customers with suitable options.
• Guide customers through the full purchase journey — from initial inquiry and vehicle appraisal to test drives and financing arrangements.
• Prepare and complete all required sales documentation to ensure smooth, accurate transactions.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (retail, hospitality, automotive, or similar industries preferred).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, full training will be provided.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
