Next Logistics Hiring! Full Time Logistics Cordinator in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transportation schedules.
• Arrange trucks, drivers, and external transporters according to delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams for loading and unloading arrangements.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and delivery status.
• Prepare and check Delivery Orders, transport documents, and supporting paperwork.
• Ensure delivery details such as quantity, location, timing, and customer requirements are accurate.
• Update delivery and transport information in the company system.
• Follow up and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping for all logistics documents.
• Handle urgent delivery requests, rescheduling, and operational changes.
• Monitor truck and driver movements when required.
• Coordinate with external transporters and service providers.
• Assist in checking transport charges, trip records, and related documents.
• Report any delivery delays, damages, shortages, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
• Support the team in improving delivery efficiency and customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate with drivers, customers, transporters, and internal departments.
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational requirements.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
