Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are a hospitality solutions organizationseeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, buildstrategic partnerships, and generate revenue through data-driven strategies andcross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conduct industry research to identify market trends, competitor gaps, and opportunities for product launches in new regions or segments

Initiate and negotiate collaborations, joint ventures, or co-branded campaigns with external organizations to create mutual business value

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, close high-level deals, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue streams

Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth strategies with evolving market demands

Present business plans, pipeline metrics, and growth objectives to senior leadership while tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with a proven record of meeting targets

Deep familiarity with the relevant industry vertical

Job Summary

Drive sales efficiency and performance byoptimizing workflows, managing CRM data, collaborating cross-functionally,administering sales systems, and analyzing key metrics to meet cluster targetsin a hospitality sales environment.

Responsibilities

Streamline sales workflows including lead generation, lead qualification, and contracting to enhance sales team productivity

Maintain data accuracy and generate performance reports by managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

Collaborate directly with revenue management to align sales strategies and optimize revenue outcomes

Administer data governance and implement sales intelligence software to support informed decision-making

Train team members on hospitality booking systems to improve operational efficiency

Analyze pipeline growth, goal achievement, and win/loss rates to monitor and drive monthly and annual cluster sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or hospitality sales, preferably with team management responsibilities

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques

Familiarity with Hospitality CRM platforms and Salesforce tools

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends

Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights

Problem-solving abilities to address sales process challenges and improve outcomes
