Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Noodles Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of noodle dishes while ensuring consistent food quality, taste and presentation.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Prepare and cook various types of noodle dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and carry out daily kitchen preparation duties.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.
• Monitor ingredients and assist with stock control and proper storage.
• Must have relevant experience in noodle preparation and cooking.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, responsible, reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to handle physically demanding kitchen duties and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work roster.
• Able to perform other kitchen-related duties when required.
