About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of the Titanium mobile app.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the property market, understand mobile application development and have a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. You will define the product vision, strategy and roadmap while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Titanium mobile app.
• Identify pain points, gaps, bugs and optimisation opportunities to improve agent engagement and user experience.
• Gather and prioritise requirements from Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Customer Support and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria, while managing and prioritising the product backlog.
• Support UAT and QA coordination for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with external vendors, developers, designers and QA teams to clarify requirements and support product delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user-feedback sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Monitor product-performance metrics, user engagement and market trends to guide product decisions.
• Ensure the app’s features align with the Titanium Roundtable, Titanium Edge and Titanium Circle programmes.
• Keep up to date with mobile-technology trends and assist with the implementation of relevant systems and other assigned duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• More than five years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar mobile-application development role.
