Responsibilities
About the role
Responsible for the company's accounting operations, including bookkeeping, voucher input, account reconciliation, and monthly closing. You will prepare monthly financial statements and related analysis materials in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards, maintain complete and accurate accounting records, and ensure financial data is properly archived in line with documentation requirements.

Assist in the preparation of Hong Kong profits tax returns and provide necessary information for other statutory compliance
Liaise with external auditors, supporting annual audit work and providing required documents and data
Verify and reconcile revenue, cost, and expense figures to ensure accurate and compliant accounting treatment
Assist in optimizing financial processes and enhancing internal control systems
Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by management
About you
Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident, and have the right to work legally in Hong Kong full-time without the company needing to arrange work visa sponsorship
Education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related disciplines, with a Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or above
1–3 years of accounting experience
Familiar with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local Hong Kong tax and compliance requirements
Able to independently complete daily accounting tasks and monthly closing
Detail-oriented, meticulous, highly responsible, and with strong awareness of confidentiality
Ability to independently handle daily tasks and collaborate with the team to support cross-functional initiatives
Cantonese is the primary working language; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
