About the role

Event Assistant Producer responsible for designing and producing event materials, providing professional photo booth & events services, and delivering comprehensive on-site support to ensure activities run smoothly and meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce event materials including frames and promotional content using Adobe Photoshop and other design software

• Provide professional photography services at various events and perform basic video editing to ensure deliverables meet event requirements and brand standards

• Provide comprehensive on-site support including equipment setup, venue management, and effective client interaction to enhance event experience

• Explore and research latest computer software and AI artificial intelligence platforms to continuously improve work efficiency and creative performance

• Assist team in completing other related tasks to ensure smooth execution and achievement of expected outcomes for each event

About you

• Strong interest in ai, photography, video editing, and graphic design with relevant skills or experience preferred

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other commonly used design software, with some understanding of or willingness to learn AI technology

• Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to work efficiently under pressure

• Responsible and creative, willing to accept new challenges and propose innovative ideas

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and adjust work arrangements according to event needs
