TutorJohn Learning Centre is looking for a
Full-Time Admin Executive
to join our growing team at our
Tampines
branch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative coordination, and supporting daily centre operations in a fast-paced education environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer service to parents and students
Handle enquiries and explain course details clearly
Manage student enrolments, class scheduling, and administrative records
Assist with HR-related duties, including onboarding and staff record-keeping
Support the smooth daily operations of the tuition centre
Coordinate with tutors, students, and parents to ensure a positive centre experience
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or education-related roles preferred
Prior experience working in a tuition centre will be an advantage
Strong communication and organisational skills
Friendly, responsible, and professional attitude
Customer-first mindset with good attention to detail
Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
