Key Responsibilities:

a. Order & Inventory Management

• Manage and process customer orders through the SiteGiant platform.
• Monitor stock levels and update the e-Commerce team on stock status.
• Place stock orders using the HQRM system when required.
• Locate and pick items for dispatch according to printed AWB (Air Waybill) documents.

b. Delivery & Return Coordination

• Track delivery status and communicate with courier service providers.
• Arrange courier services for wholesale orders and related documentation using Ninja Dashboard and GDEX.
• Receive and inspect returned parcels.
• Manage the goods return process and send returned items back to Eureka.
• Scan courier manifests when the designated PIC is unavailable.

c. Logistics & Packing Support

• Prepare packing materials, including cutting bubble wrap and assembling cartons.
• Assist in arranging Gulsan items and other related tasks as needed.

d. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
• Ensure all courier and logistics documentation is organized, complete, and accurate.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Experience in wholesale or bulk retail operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
