Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring our merchandise and branding projects to life. You will work closely with our team to create compelling designs for apparel, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with client requirements and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for apparel, merchandise, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client briefs and project requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files for in-house production (embroidery, silkscreen, digital transfer).
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools relevant to the apparel and merchandise industry.
• Assist in creating marketing materials for social media, promotions, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in apparel or merchandise design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create designs that are print-ready and production-friendly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

Preferred:

• Experience in apparel printing techniques (silkscreen, embroidery, digital printing).
• Knowledge of branding and marketing design strategies.
