Objective of the Position

The Senior Finance Manager will serve as the financial anchor and systems optimization lead for our global operations.  You will manage regional accounting and multi-currency treasury across all global entities, with a core focus on automating high-volume transactional workflows, enhancing daily accounting operations, and building sustainable, in-house finance capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, accruals, and cost allocations, ensuring the data integrity and accuracy across all global entities.

• Lead the end-to-end review and reconciliation of all global sales reporting against internal system data and external third-party statements to ensure complete data alignment and transaction integrity.

•  Manage the monthly, interim, and year-end closing processes to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.

• Drive continuous improvements in accounting workflows and lead ad hoc projects, with a specific focus on financial system upgrades, functionality enhancements, and automated data integrations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize accounting workflows, strengthen internal controls, and resolve operational finance issues, ensuring alignment with Group policies and global statutory requirements.

• Manage cross-border tax compliance, digital tax thresholds, and statutory tax filings across multiple international jurisdictions.

• Liaise and collaborate with external auditors and tax advisers, coordinating and resolving statutory audit deliverables in an efficient and timely manner.

• Support ad hoc assignments and process improvement initiatives to facilitate the group’s regional business expansion.

What You Have:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines;

• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a solid managerial or supervisory role;

• Qualified accountant (CPA/ HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent)

• Proven track record working in fast-paced, high-volume, or consumer-facing industries

• Self-motivated and independent; exceptional attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive under tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in managing accounting system migrations, ERP implementations is preferred
