Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional with 2 to 3 years of corporate secretarial experience to join our team as an Associate Partner – Corporate Secretarial. In this role, you will handle a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities (including BVI, Cayman Islands, and Dubai), providing comprehensive corporate secretarial support and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise directly with senior private bankers and their clients, managing the entire client journey from quotation to onboarding and throughout the service offering.

Communication with partners, auditors, tax agents, and legal counsel on secretarial and corporate governance matters.

Manage full-spectrum corporate secretarial administration for a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities (BVI, Cayman Islands, and Dubai).

Prepare and draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, AGM/EGM documents, and statutory lodgements via ACRA BizFile+.

Coordinate with offshore registered agents, regulators, and authorities for annual renewals, filings, economic substance reporting, and certificate issuances.

Maintain and update electronic and physical statutory registers, minute books, and database records.

Conducting KYC/AML client onboarding, ongoing due diligence reviews, and compliance checks

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

2 to 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience handling Singapore and offshore jurisdictions.

Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and fundamental understanding of BVI, Cayman, and Dubai regulatory frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Proactive, independent, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified Chartered Secretary (CSIS / ICSA) or currently pursuing relevant professional certification is advantageous.
