GO-GENIE Hiring! Full Time Partner Warehouse Operations Lead in - Ricebowl

Job Summary

Alongside the day-to-day SLA work, this role is also GO-GENIE’s go-to person for warehouse setup, redesign, and transition projects — standing up a new partner site, turning around an underperforming one, or leading the operational side of a client transition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner SLA and operations management

• Own the SLA performance of every warehouse and fulfilment partner in the GO-GENIE ecosystem, starting with IPS

• Run structured partner performance reviews on a fixed cadence, with data from the platform, not anecdotes

• Lead root cause analysis when service breaks: missing goods, missed SLAs, data mismatches between partner floor and platform

• Hold the escalation line between GO-GENIE clients, GO-GENIE Control Tower, and partner ops teams so issues get fixed at the right level

• Maintain the operational health picture of the ecosystem and surface risks to the Head of Control Tower before they become client complaints

2. Warehouse transition and redesign

• Redesign underperforming partner sites to bring them to GO-GENIE standard: process flows, zoning and slotting logic, inbound and outbound flows, manpower structure, and platform integration readiness

• Lead the operational side of client and partner transitions — onboarding new customers into a partner site, relocations, or major workflow changes — applying the lessons of past transitions so goods do not go missing and teams are not left in silo

• Contribute to ground-up warehouse setup when the ecosystem needs a new partner site stood up; for the largest or most technically demanding builds, this may be done together with external specialist support

• This work is delivered as part of the GO-GENIE service. It is not a billable consultancy line and carries no revenue target

3. Partner sourcing and evaluation

• Identify and assess potential new warehouse and fulfilment partners in Singapore and, over time, in regional markets

• Run site assessments: can this partner run to our standard, integrate with our platform, and scale with our clients

• Support commercial discussions with operational due diligence. Commercial terms remain with the founders

Requirements

Experience

• 4 to 8 years in warehouse or 3PL operations in Singapore, including experience as a warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, or operations lead running a full site or team

• Proven experience setting up and establishing a warehouse operation from the ground up — warehouse layout, process design, manpower planning, SOP development, systems implementation, and operational readiness

• Strong, hands-on experience in warehouse migration and transition projects — stock migration, inventory reconciliation, system migration, process transition, cutover planning, and ensuring business continuity throughout the migration.

• Has worked with a WMS in daily operations and understands how floor reality and system data drift apart, and how to keep them aligned

• Has managed people on the floor: hiring, rostering, training, performance. They must know what good floor management looks like to hold partners to it

• 3PL, contract logistics, or e-commerce/omnichannel fulfilment background preferred. Exposure to multi-client operations, cross-border, or regulated environments (e.g. pharma, cold chain) is a strong plus

• English and Madarin is required

• Direct, no-nonsense communicator on performance issues, including with people who do not report to them

• Builder mindset — comfortable designing processes and playbooks from zero

• Genuinely comfortable not owning a site of their own; energised by raising standards across many floors rather than running one

• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environments, hands-on, floor-level operator
