WR Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time QC Inspector in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

• Conduct Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC) on raw materials, packaging materials, bottles, caps, and other materials received.
• Conduct In-line Quality Inspection (IPQC) during production to ensure products and processes comply with established quality standards.
• Perform Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQC) on finished products before release and delivery to customers.
• Carry out sampling, measurements, visual inspections, and basic quality tests according to established QC procedures.
• Identify, record, and report any defects, abnormalities, or non-conformities found during incoming, in-line, and outgoing inspections.
• Ensure rejected or non-conforming materials and products are properly identified, segregated, and controlled.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, checklists, and QC reports.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, customer complaints, and recurring defects, including corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in QC/QA.
• Basic knowledge of IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspection procedures.
• Familiar with basic quality control practices, sampling methods, and inspection documentation.
• Good attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
