Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive portfolio growth and market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
• Lead product lifecycle management, including launches, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Partner closely with sales teams to deliver training, commercial tools, and field effectiveness initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
• Manage pricing, budgeting, profitability, and overall portfolio performance.
• Support tender submissions and ensure marketing activities align with industry compliance requirements.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or related commercial experience.
• Track record managing hospital-based, specialty care, acute care, or pharmaceutical portfolios.
• Strong understanding of product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial planning.
• Experience utilizing market insights and data analytics to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and portfolio profitability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across commercial, medical, regulatory, and supply chain functions.
• Experience supporting healthcare tenders and hospital market access initiatives would be advantageous.
