Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer / Service Engineer to join our team and support key customer accounts, technical requirements, and business growth. 

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts, including quotations, pricing, contracts, and sales support.
• Build strong customer relationships and be the key contact for technical, delivery, quality, and service matters.
• Coordinate projects from prototype/NPI through mass production, delivery, after-sales support, and End-of-Life (EOL).
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve customer and technical issues.
• Handle customer complaints, warranty/returns, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities and support commercial discussions.
• Conduct customer visits and attend relevant trade shows.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, customer issues, and business opportunities.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics).
• Experience in sales support or service engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
