Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the daily operations of the accounting and finance functions within the company (AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation etc)
  • Data entry of invoices and payment vouchers into the accounting software
  • Prepare monthly reports for closing of accounts
  • Prepare for audits / corporate tax / GST filing and other compliance matters
  • Perform financial related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Computers skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words, Power Point etc.)
  • Knowledge in MYOB & XERO accounting software will be advantageous
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, meticulous, resourceful, result-driven, independent, and responsible
