Job Summary
We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive
to drive student enrolment, engage parents, and support marketing initiatives across our education centres.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
Drive student enrolment and achieve monthly admission targets.
Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Manage digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media.
Develop partnerships with schools, organisations, and corporate partners.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
Experience in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
; education industry experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising platforms.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
