Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Hotel Accommodation
Position Title: F&B Supervisor
Working Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Shift Work (5-days Work Week)
Salary Package: Basic $2500 - $3000
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Support opening/closing, setup, and daily outlet operations when the Manager is away.
Supervise junior and temporary staff to ensure tasks meet service standards.
Manage reservations, take orders, and deliver quality food & beverage service.
Recommend suitable F&B options and alternative venues when needed.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety/hygiene (HACCP), and safety compliance.
Manage supplies/equipment, handle guest feedback, and assist other outlets during peak periods.
Attend briefings/training and follow purchasing/requisition procedures

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
Basic MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Secondary/High school qualification; F&B certifications are a plus.
Good spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
