Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Developing and implementing cleaning SOPs, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Establishing quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance with cleaning KPIs and service standards.
• Supervising and reviewing cleaning operations to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
• Working closely with clients to understand their expectations, address operational concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimisation, and recommending practical solutions to the company.
• Supporting the standardization of cleaning practices and governance frameworks across IFM contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Has at least 5 years' managerial experience in the professional cleaning industry, preferably supporting multiple contracts.
• Familiar with NEA licensing requirements, cleaning standards, audits & quality systems.
• Can independently develop SOPs and governance frameworks.
Possesses strong client management and continuous improvement capabilities.

Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Work Location: Northeast - Pulau Ubin, required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
