E-Commerce Executive / Marketplace Admin

Job Scope:

• Manage Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop
• Create and upload new product listings
• Update product prices, descriptions, images and variations
• Maintain accurate stock / inventory across all platforms
• Monitor out-of-stock and discontinued products
• Maintain and update company website
• Upload new products and update website content
• Check online orders and ensure product information is accurate
• Assist with online promotions, campaigns and vouchers
• Perform general e-commerce administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is an advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• Shopee Seller Centre
• Lazada Seller Center
• TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Website / WordPress / WooCommerce
• Canva / basic image editing
• Inventory management

Full training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
