SiteCoordinator – Cleaning Operations

We are reputable cleaning company looking for a Site /project  Coordinator to conduct scheduled site inspections and ensure our cleaning services meet the required standards.

KeyResponsibilities

• Visit assigned client sites according to the scheduled inspection schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to check that all designated areas are properly cleaned.
• Check cleaning work against the company’s cleaning procedures, checklist, and required standards.
• Identify areas that do not meet the required cleaning standards and follow up for improvement.
• Monitor and ensure cleaners carry out their duties according to the work schedule.
• Report any cleaning issues or areas requiring attention.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been completed.
• Maintain inspection records and submit reports as required.
• Assist with other cleaning operations and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or site inspection is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Able to follow and manage a scheduled site inspection plan.
• Willing to travel to different site
• Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
