Job Description

Galon Bioenergy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business & Project Coordinator to support business development activities, coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and assist with the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development and project activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Research new business opportunities and market trends.
• Support meetings, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Assist management with strategic projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or project coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
