Job Description

Role Summary:
The Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department, helping coordinate projects, customer orders, documentation, invoicing, and day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations team with daily administrative activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams on project execution.
• Process customer orders and related documentation.
• Prepare invoices and operational reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with ERP system administration and updates.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on outstanding operational tasks and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous administrative or operations experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling documents and data.
• Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
