Award winning Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is located at Tokwawan near the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal with 702 guestroom and suite hotel features an optical illusion lobby creating buzz locally as well all across the globe. Its’ stunning Café 8 Degrees is also favourite to many popular local newspapers and magazines. We now invite seasoned hoteliers to join our team as:
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the Housekeeping daily operations and lead the team to ensure professional and courteous services
To satisfy the customers’ requirement in term of rooms’ cleanliness and public areas cleanliness
Closely monitor the work performance of outside contractors
Conduct operational training for the team to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality services
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
10 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in the same capacity
Proactive, pleasant, presentable with positive mindset
Able to lead team with direction and align with goals to achieve the best results
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
