Responsibilities

• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues for staff and drivers.
• Guide and train users on the proper use of Aso­lute and SQL Accounting System.
• Monitor system usage and ensure proper data entry.
• Liaise with software vendors for system issues and improvements.
• Assist with basic IT support and other IT-related tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in a haulage, transport or logistics company is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Patient and able to guide non-technical users.
• Experience with Aso­lute and/or SQL Accounting System is preferred.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
