Coordinate and communicate effectively with vessel owners, superintendents, agents, shipyards, and ship repair personnel to facilitate service operations

Troubleshoot and attend to repair works / breakdown works on assigned vessels.

Ensure that corrective maintenance and repairs are carried out to minimize downtime.

Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and certification to comply with regulatory requirements

Conduct quality control checks to verify that service jobs are completed accurately and efficiently

Perform routine housekeeping of worksite to ensure the workshop is kept safe, neat and clean for work.

Arrange timely collection and delivery of equipment for servicing to maintain workflow efficiency

Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Adapt work hours flexibly to meet vessel schedules, including beyond standard working hours

Perform other assigned duties to support team and operational needs

Responsibilities:

• To complete all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specifications.
• Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
• Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field。
• A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
• Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives;
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Willingness to travel overseas for an assignment as required
