Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Design and develop robotic systems and automated machinery for semiconductor manufacturing processes using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
Create detailed designs for electromechanical components, assemblies, and integrated automation systems.
Develop, test, and optimize robot control software and automation algorithms.
Support machine integration, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement initiatives.
Configure, program, and support industrial robotic systems and automation equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver automation projects on schedule.
Provide technical support during equipment installation and implementation activities.
Travel regularly between Singapore and Malaysia to support project execution and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automation, robotics, machine design, or semiconductor equipment engineering.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and automated machinery design.
Experience in electromechanical system design and integration.
Knowledge of robotics, motion control systems, and automation software development.
Experience with industrial robot programming and integration is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time between Singapore and Malaysia
