JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN

Position: Admin
Reports To: Admin Executive / Supervisor / Management

Job Summary

• Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks for courier operations.
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents, records and reports.
• Key in and update shipment, parcel and customer information in the system.
• Monitor parcel status, delivery progress and outstanding shipments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with riders/drivers regarding parcel collection and delivery.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues, missing parcels and customer complaints.
• Prepare daily operation reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage filing and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist the Operations team with daily courier activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / WPS Office.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and accept new responsibilities.
• Fast learner and able to follow instructions.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in courier/logistics is required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
