Job Description

• Deliver professional facial and body treatments in accordance with company protocols and service standards
• Perform basic skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products based on clients’ needs
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide post-treatment care advice
• Assist in daily spa operations and support other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty or spa industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and improve
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in beauty or skincare will be an advantage (not mandatory)
