Job Summary
Support day-to-day HR operations, with a key focus on work pass administration and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers and related documentation
Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely submissions
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support preparation of employment-related documents and HR administrative matters
Assist with leave, attendance and other employee records
Coordinate with employees, hiring managers and relevant departments on HR matters
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and other HR projects
Perform other general HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Hands-on experience with MOM work pass administration will be highly preferred
Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage
