The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest apartments, corridors, and pantries to the highest standards. This role ensures guest comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction while providing attentive service in line with brand standards.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation by cleaning and inspecting assigned apartments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain proper stock levels and readiness by preparing and organizing housekeeping trolleys and floor pantries with required linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
Uphold safety and asset integrity by reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in apartments to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering team, supporting timely resolution and property upkeep.
Enhance guest experience by observing and reporting guest preferences and feedback, and by responding promptly to residents’ requests to foster a personalized and welcoming environment.
Support operational readiness by ensuring all housekeeping equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition and stored properly, promoting safety and effectiveness in daily operations.
Ensure hygiene and order in service areas by regularly cleaning and restocking the floor pantry and maintaining cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Contribute to property safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards or unusual incidents observed on the premises, aligning with the organization's commitment to guest and staff wellbeing.
Perform additional assigned tasks as required to support overall housekeeping operations and maintain service excellence.
Job Requirement
Minimum Secondary School qualification (GCE ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
Able to work independently with little supervision while meeting high performance standards.
