Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
• Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of machines to ensure smooth production operations.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in machine modification, improvement and cost-saving projects to optimize maintenance effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports and related documentation.
• Analyze machine downtime data and recommend improvement actions to reduce recurring issues.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within schedule.
• Monitor utility consumption including electricity, water and gas to support cost control and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to Production and other departments in resolving machine and equipment-related issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and company requirements.
• Carry out maintenance projects and assignments as directed by management.

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct routine facility inspections and maintenance activities.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing and building repair works when required.
• Support facility upgrading, workplace improvement and housekeeping initiatives.
• Assist in the installation, relocation and commissioning of machines and equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance-related activities when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
