Job Description

• Manage reception counter of the Town Council and provide assistance to walk-in customers
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Follow SOPs of the Town Council when handling and providing assistance to residents on various maintenance and other feedback
• Deploy vendors to follow up on feedback where necessary
• Process permit booking applications
• Manage Town Council’s email account including screening through feedback and forward to correct personnel for follow up
• Administrative duties including housekeeping of notice boards, postage etc.
• Other duties assigned from time to time
