Job Description:
Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works
Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
Requirements:
Degree in relevant field
3-4 years experience in the construction industry an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
A team player who works well with all internal and external teams involved in the project.
Candidate possessing own vehicle will be an advantage.
