Chemin AI Hiring! Full Time Project Delivery Lead in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

ABOUT CHEMIN

Chemin builds the data pipelines, evaluation systems and reinforcement learning workflows that power next-generation AI systems.

We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to help take our growing Delivery organisation to the next level.

Working closely with our Head of Delivery, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, oversee complex AI data projects, and improve how we deliver across Project Delivery, Talent & Partnerships, and Ops & Automation.

This is an opportunity to move beyond managing individual projects. You’ll help build the systems, playbooks and team capabilities needed to scale delivery from proofs of concept (POCs) to high-volume data pipelines, with room to grow into broader Delivery leadership.

About the role: 

• Lead, coach and support a team of Project Managers and Project Associates
• Oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring quality, timelines and client expectations are met
• Build trusted relationships with local and international clients and manage escalations
• Coordinate teams, resources and priorities across the Delivery organisation
• Turn business and client requirements into clear delivery plans and repeatable processes
• Improve workflows to increase delivery speed, accuracy and scalability
• Use reporting, dashboards and delivery data to provide visibility into progress and risks

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project delivery, operations, client services or a related field
• Experience leading, coaching or supporting a team
• A track record of managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders
• Strong client communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• The ability to turn complex requirements into clear, practical actions
• Comfortable using technology, AI, automation and dashboards to improve delivery
• A systems-thinking mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and developing people
• Experience in AI/ML, data annotation, technology services, automation or high-volume operations would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
