As Finance Manager, you lead all financial activities for Hittech Wemac and act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director. You will:
Financial leadership
Lead all finance, accounting, controlling, cash management and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and annual reporting, compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, and strong internal controls and governance.
Business control & performance management
Drive monthly performance reviews with management, analyse deviations between actuals, budget and forecast, and provide clear insight into product and customer profitability. Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilisation and factory overhead absorption, and support investment decisions with business cases and ROI analyses.
Planning & forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, prepare liquidity forecasts and cash flow projections, and support long-term business and capacity planning.
Working capital & cash management
Optimise inventory levels with operations and supply chain, monitor receivables and payables, and improve cash conversion and working capital efficiency, particularly through this growth phase.
Team leadership
Manage, coach and develop the local finance team, and build a finance organisation capable of supporting future growth.
Group finance collaboration
Align local finance processes with Hittech Group standards, act as the primary finance counterpart for Group Finance, and contribute to reporting, forecasting and strategic initiatives across the Group.

Kandidaat profiel
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. A professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager, Plant Controller or Manufacturing Controller role. Proven experience within a machine-building, precision engineering, electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment or similar manufacturing environment, with strong factory finance and cost controlling skills. Experience managing and developing finance teams, and working directly with operational management.
Highly desirable: experience in multinational manufacturing companies, supporting rapid growth and operational scale-up, within high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments, and with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
Personal profile
The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations as well as finance, is highly analytical and data-driven, and has a strong performance-driven, continuous-improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality are essential, together with a willingness to be on the factory floor with production teams. The candidate can translate operational indicators into financial performance, demonstrates ownership and accountability, operates effectively within both local and international reporting structures, and has the ambition and capability to build a strong finance function supporting a growing manufacturing and assembly business. Fluent English is required.
