• Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the kindergarten
• Lead, coach and monitor teachers and supporting staff to ensure smooth centre operations
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson progress, classroom management and children’s development
• Manage parent enquiries, feedback, complaints and other parent-related matters
• Conduct school tours, parent consultations and follow up with prospective parents
• Support student enrolment and contribute towards centre enrolment and revenue targets
• Plan and coordinate school activities, events, concerts, outings and parent-teacher meetings
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, leave, performance and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with centre SOPs, safety, hygiene, incident management and documentation requirements
• Work closely with management on operational matters and identify areas for improvement
• Support recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of teachers and staff
• Assist with the setup and launch of a new kindergarten branch, where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field
• Prior experience as a Kindergarten/Preschool Principal, Centre Manager, Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Strong experience in managing kindergarten/preschool operations
• Experience leading and managing teachers and supporting staff
• Experience in handling parents, including enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Comfortable working in a student enrolment and sales-oriented environment
• Experience with school tours, parent consultations and enrolment follow-ups will be an advantage
• Experience in setting up or launching a new preschool/branch is highly preferred
• Experience supporting teacher recruitment and onboarding will be an advantage
• Knowledge of KPM/JPN preschool requirements, licensing and compliance is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking parents
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, organised and able to handle day-to-day operational matters with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and school management systems

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
