Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the assigned brand and products at the designated outlet.
• Engage with shoppers and provide assistance based on their enquiries and requirements.
• Identify customers’ needs and suggest products that best match their preferences.
• Deliver product explanations and highlight key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
• Work towards individual and outlet sales goals.
• Keep product displays organised, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Support stock arrangement and ensure products are replenished when necessary.
• Record and share sales performance updates with the supervisor.
• Report any operational or outlet-related issues to the relevant person promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or promoter positions is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with customers.
• Responsible, motivated, and willing to learn new products and selling techniques.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently when required.
• Able to cooperate well with outlet personnel and colleagues.
