Responsibilities

Your Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to serve as the editorial anchor and second-in-command for our global content function within a global multi-asset brokerage operating in the CFD trading industry. Reporting to our Senior Content Manager, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring every piece of content - from market analysis to educational guides - is technically precise and resonates with active traders. You will lead a small team of content writers, elevating their technical literacy while driving high-volume, high-quality production.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of writers - ensuring set amount of articles, guides, reports etc are produced.
  • Create compelling thought leadership content (such as articles, infographics, newsletters, video scripts) for audiences in business and marketing.
  • Conceive, develop, write, review, and copy edit content for technical accuracy and quality.
  • Together with our SEO team, apply the best SEO/GEO/AEO practices to all content as well as pages.
  • Develop actionable insights and compelling narratives from data, production information and research findings.
  • Analyse content performance to understand gaps and improve.
  • Keep track of multiple projects and campaigns. Ensure narrative and copies are up to standards.
  • Resource management: Keep track of the team's capacity and performance. Ensure that tasks are handed out to the team equitably and are completed punctually and up to our established standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in journalism, marketing, investment and or related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience as a content manager, writing and copywriter or similar role, particularly in the finance and fintech space.
  • A mixture of client-side and agency experience would be beneficial.
  • Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage to liaise with the regional counterparts.
  • Outstanding team management, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing / content marketing is a huge plus.
  • Possess an editorial mindset and copy-editing ability which understands what audiences consume as well as creating it.
  • Experience with Adobe Marketo and design tools is a plus.
