Responsibilities
The main duty of a sales executive for a TCM therapy /beauty spa is to drive revenue by promoting spa treatments, selling therapy care /skincare products, and converting client consultations into recurring packages.
Client Consultation: Assess customer ailments/skin types, identify individual wellness or beauty needs, and recommend tailored spa treatments or retail home-care products.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and individual sales quotas by upselling and cross-selling services, memberships, and gift packages.
Pay: $1,926.69 - $5,396.82 per month
Work Location: In person
